Keck Hydrocarbon Recovery System for 2 and 4 inch wells.

The Keck PRS is a product recovery system for 2" or larger wells that incorporates a pneumatic control panel controlling a bladder pump coupled to a unique floating skimmer. The skimmer attachment consists of an oleophilic/hydrophobic buoy that allows free floating product to be skimmed down to a sheen. 2" and 4" models available. Dual timers on control panel alternate the pressurization and venting of the pump. Pneumatic tank-full sensor with indicator and manual reset.

Keck PRS
The Keck PRS is a product recovery system that incorporates a pneumatic control panel with a downwell Stainless Steel pneumatic bladder pump coupled with a

unique floating skimmer attachment. The skimmer attachment consists of an oleophilic/hydrophobic buoy that allows free floating product to be skimmed down to

a sheen.

Different sizes/types of skimmers can be used with the standard pump for varying site conditions, including screened skimmers for extra protection.

OPERATION
The unique PRS skimmer incorporates both a density float and hydrophobic filter. The float follows water table fluctuations and places filter at the

water/product interface. As the system cycles, product is drawn through the hydrophobic filter and transferred to a recovery tank.
