Molded Polyethylene Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT)

Gross Pollutant Traps (GPT) are designed to be an affordable alternative to inground concrete gross pollutant traps, saving on initial capital outlay and installation cost. Drawing on its extensive experience in the oil/water/solids separator industry Clearmake designed this product which is used to collect and treat runoff from parking lots and paved areas and capture silt, solids and free floating hydrocarbons for later removal by a waste contractor.

Product Description

The lightweight but sturdy construction and quick connect fitting means it is easily manhandled by one person and simple and inexpensive to install with features including

150 and 225mm outlet options
Removable silt basket for ease of servicing
galvanized metal grates available with B and D ratings

The GPT will remove gross pollutants, silt and solids and retain free floating hydrocarbons on the surface of the water in the chamber and is markedly less expensive than concrete products.
