A-PLUS Portable Emission Analyzer Measures O2, CO, NOX, SO2, & Combustibles

The ECOM A-PLUS portable emission analyzer offers affordable "compliance level" performance in a rugged, easy to use package. The A-PLUS features an advanced Sample Conditioning system, incorporating an optional heated sample line, thermoelectric Peltier Gas Cooler, and peristaltic pump for continuous moisture removal. The A-PLUS can be fitted with sensors to measure O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, and Combustibles, along with gas and ambient temperatures, stack draft & pressure, plus calculations of CO2, efficiency, dew point and excess air. A special Low NOx version of the A-PLUS is designed for single digit NOX measurements with resolution to 0.1 PPM! In addition, the A-PLUS can be fitted with USB for use with ECOM’s Advanced DAS Compliance Testing Software for complete emissions analysis. Housed in a high quality, aluminum reinforced case, the A-PLUS comes complete with a standard sample line and probe, internal battery, AC power cord, thermocouple, spare filters, extra printer paper, quick reference User Card, and Operation Manual.

The ECOM A-PLUS can be fitted with 4 or 5 gas sensors and includes an EPA recognized sample conditioning system featuring a Peltier gas cooler/moisture removal system. When used with the optional heated sample line, the A-PLUS meets current EPA protocols for compliance level portable analyzers. Additional features include gas and ambient temperature measurement, stack pressure/draft measurement, on-board impact printer, large LCD screen with zoom capability, auto-draining water trap with particulate filter, in-line analog flowmeter, automatic CO over-range protection, Sensor Temperature Monitoring and Internal Temperature Compensation over the full operational range (20 to 105F), auto diagnostics, plus CO2, Efficiency, and Excess Air calculations. Analyzers ordered with optional Advanced DAS software include USB interface and electronic flowmeter, in which gas flow is recorded via the DAS program

Instrument prices includes:
Analyzer with 15 foot sample line, 1 foot pistol grip probe, 2 rolls of printer paper, 1 package of smoke test paper and smoke test comparison chart, 1 package of particulate filters, 1 package of NOx/SO2 filter media, a shoulder strap, and operation manual.

The unit also meets the criteria of the EPA CTM protocols for portable EC based analyzers and EPA's 40CFR Part 60 Update of Continuous Instrumental Test Methods, Final Rule.
